Recurso de Súplica formulado contra el auto del 3 de octubre de 2013, proferido por el magistrado Alberto Rojas Ríos, a través del cual se rechazó la demanda de la referencia, por cuanto el cargo planteado persistía en el incumplimiento de las condiciones argumentativas reclamadas en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena considera que el recurso de súplica no presenta argumentos que desvirtúen las razones constitutivas del rechazo de la demanda y, por ello, decide CONFIRMAR el auto recurrido.
